The VCR or CD Transport Controls (PLAY, STOP FAST

FORWARD, REWIND, PAUSE, and RECORD) will now

override the original functions of the buttons in this mode.

Press the SELECT/PLAY button. PUNCH will appear

in the LCD.

Press the Device Button again. The Device Mode will

flash in the LCD.
